I’ve come across something called Skylark radio. It is transmitted on 105.8 FM and 107.6 FM, for, and by the Dartmoor community. I have yet to hear it – you need to be in the vicinity, it is not available online – but its very particular approach has already charmed me. Skylark invites people to submit sound pieces then weaves these together with short musical refrains. There is no presenter. Skylark describes its output as an ‘ever-changing and continuous broadcast’. I’m very curious but need to get to the right part of Dartmoor…..
